Data deletion from Hey Feelings™

Last updated: 5 October 2026

The controller is Tales Labs sp. z o.o., the company behind Hey Feelings™, Nowolipie 2B/9, 00-150 Warsaw, Poland, tax identification number (NIP): 5252939328. You can request deletion of your entire account or specific data, even if you do not have an account.

1. How to submit a request

Email kontakt@heyfeelings.com or write to the postal address above. You can use the subject “Data deletion”. No special form or explanation for your request is required.

Provide the email you use with Hey Feelings™ and say whether your request concerns your entire account, a newsletter, a contact request, a training application or other data. A submission date or order number may help locate it. If you use different addresses, including an Apple relay address, identify the address used for that service.

Please delete my Hey Feelings™ account and associated personal data. Account email: [your email]. Please also check data submitted through forms and held by providers, and confirm completion or explain which data must remain, its legal basis and retention.

If possible, write from your account email. Losing access to that inbox does not prevent a request. If we reasonably doubt your identity, we ask only for information needed to confirm it. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, full card details or an identity document scan on your own initiative.

2. Data covered by account deletion

Deletion covers account and sign-in session data, Google, Facebook or Apple account links, preferences, linked game statistics, course progress, notes, quiz results and answers, certificates and contact requests linked to the account. We also review licence and access history to remove unnecessary personal data while preserving required settlement records.

After deletion you cannot sign into that account or use its assigned materials, progress, notes and certificates. If you need a copy, you may request access to your data before deletion. You may also request deletion of specific data without closing the whole account; we explain the impact on the relevant feature.

If you have a paid subscription, identify it in your request and say whether you also want to stop renewals. Disconnecting sign-in or clearing browser data does not cancel payments or request a refund.

3. Forms, providers and copies

Brevo newsletter records, funding applications and PDFs, correspondence, orders and measurement data may exist separately from the account record. A request concerning all your personal data includes a review of these locations. Deleting the account record does not automatically erase data in every system.

As required by the GDPR, we notify relevant data recipients of erasure and instruct providers processing data on our behalf. Providers acting as independent controllers, such as a payment operator for its own legal obligations, may retain data on their own legal basis. Our reply explains the actions taken; you can request information about recipients.

Data may remain in backups until their retention cycle ends. Our reply explains applicable limitations and periods. Files you previously downloaded or shared, such as a certificate, may remain with their holders.

4. Data that may need to be retained

Erasure is not an absolute right. We may retain necessary tax and accounting records, settlement information or evidence relating to a specific claim. We may also retain a limited record of handling your request and opting out of marketing to demonstrate compliance and respect your choice.

We explain each restriction: which data remains, its purpose and legal basis, and its retention period or determining criteria. The absence of an automated deletion feature does not remove the obligation to consider your request.

5. Stopping messages, measurement or sign-in links

  • Newsletter: use the unsubscribe link, change account preferences or contact us. Unsubscribing does not require account deletion.
  • Training application contact: use the consent withdrawal link in the email or contact us. Withdrawal stops further marketing contact; you can request document deletion separately.
  • Measurement and advertising: change your choice in the footer's cookie settings. Withdrawal stops further use of optional tools but does not automatically erase data already received. You can request erasure separately.
  • Google, Facebook and Apple: disconnecting the application in the provider's settings does not delete your Hey Feelings™ account. To request deletion from us, write to the address above. Data processed by providers for their own purposes is also subject to their privacy policies.
  • Browser: you can clear cookies and site data, including saved games. This does not erase server data. Sign out and clear site data after use on shared devices.

6. Response time and your rights

We respond without undue delay, within one month of receiving your request. Where the GDPR permits, we may extend by two months, explaining why within the first month. Requests are generally free.

We confirm completion or explain the scope and reasons for refusal. If you disagree or do not receive a timely reply, you may complain to the President of Poland's Personal Data Protection Office or seek a judicial remedy. For other rights, recipients and retention, see our Privacy Policy.
